To enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Atlantic City and the surrounding communities.  
 The Better Atlantic City Association (BACA) is a new organization dedicated to the service and general welfare of Atlantic City and the surrounding communities. Building a community through multi-cultural cooperation is central to our goals. Atlantic City has grown to be a bed of multi-cultural citizenship, supporting the demands of a truly diverse and ever changing environment. 

The BACA looks to promote the interests and general welfare of a continuously growing Atlantic City by encouraging the renovation, restoration, and the orderly development of the community.  Our mission allows us to focus on a broad range of services aimed to promote a better and more prosperous Atlantic City.
